Week of 10/6-10/9 Reminder

Just a reminder that teachers will have inservice on Friday October 6th. No school for students on that day.

Also on October 9th, there will be no school (Columbus Day).

Classroom Expectations

            We have been working hard on creating meaningful classroom expectations! As a class, we have discussed what we need in order to be successful in our classroom community.

              Here's how we did it:

               - First we met in small groups to brainstorm ideas
               - Then we organized our ideas into three categories: safe, respectful, and responsible
               - Next we described what we noticed when we looked at all the group's work
               - After that, we consolidated five posters into one classroom list
               - Finally, we made a final draft. We signed our names as a sign of agreement.
